Parish Life at St Clare's

The principal expression of our worship to God is that of the Mass. From the Introductory Rites, to the Liturgy of the Word, to the Liturgy of the Eucharist and ending with the Concluding Rite are all part of our praise and thanksgiving offering.

Mass was instituted by Christ himself at the Last Supper and by participating we confer the graces needed from God’s mercy to expiate the sins of the past and the graces needed from God’s bounty to obtain His blessings for the future.

John 6:54

He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

Matthew 7:13-14

Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road is easy that leads to destruction, and there are many who take it. For the gate is narrow and the road is hard that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Mark 9:23-24

And Jesus said to him,
” ‘If You can?’ All things are possible to him who believes.”
